Of long summer days now gone, when we laughed and danced the night away...staying up to greet the dawn...
Chasing dreams and butterflies, endless days were spent...just the two of us together, so blissfully content...Then I watched the rainbow fade, saw the clouds within your eyes...you left just as the season did, taking the sunshine from my skies...A single leaf still clings on, very soon it too will die...seasons change as people do, leaving broken dreams and butterflies...
